Anyone seen Unthinkable with Samuel Jackson and Michael Sheen? Quite graphic but an interesting plot with a basic but good twist.
Yes Mate tis a good movie as you say has a good twist, bit gory in places though. Watched a spoof cop movie last night called The Other Guys with Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg, very funny it was too, highly recommend.

I have watched a few films this week:
Scott Pilgrim vs The World, 4/10. I really didn't enjoy this film, the visuals are fantastic but everything else just bored me. It is a very unique film however, the right person might absolutely love it!
Shutter Island, 9/10. Probably the best film I have watched in a very long time. Scorsese takes your mind on a fantastic journey and literally makes you think about the story for weeks after you finish watching it. Brilliant plot twists and just a generally fantastic all round film.
Inception, 8/10. Another brilliant DiCaprio film, the story is fantastic and the visual effects are absolutely mind blowing.

JT was great in it. He has a great input into psychotic roles these days. My comment was in regards to the story - a bit predictable.

Just watched the 3rd of the trilogy of movies based on the books by Stieg Larsson The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets Nest. Really enjoyed all 3 movies but The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo was by far the best of the 3.
Also watched the movie on the making of facebook, The Social Network, thought there is no way will I enjoy this movie but was very pleased to be proven wrong, excellent.

Some decent acting in it, too bad they didn't let reality get in the way of the screenwriting.

Watched Paul on the weekend. My kind of alien spoof, laughed the whole way through. Even the credits were funny...

The latest movie me and the wife watched was Made in Dagenham, a cracking film thoroughly recommend it to anyone. Starring Bob Hoskins and Sally Hawkins, the movie is about women getting equal pay back in the 1960's.

Last year I saw only one movie, but I saw it about eight times. Its called "Get Low," it stars Robert Duvall, Bill Murray and Sissy Spacek. It won the "Audience Favorite" award at Edinborough Film Festival last year. I saw it so many times because I cowrote it. If you are in the mood for a brilliantly acted film that is deep and thought provoking, and don't mind a few laughs, I humbly submit it for your consideration.
