I saw that yesterday.
But a new controversy appeared about France. I don't know if you've heard.

Can't see why not, put it in the General Forum though.
Could you post a link to the original article as well, the one in French?

That would be better in "World Cup" forum because it concerns in some way the World Cup.

The big clash Anelka-Domenech
Even in quotes, it is rare to read such things in the headlines of a newspaper. Revelations of L'Equipe on the insult of Anelka to Domenech to halftime of the France-Mexico, Thursday (0-2), even embarrassed radio journalists on Saturday at the morning press reviews. Difficult to pronounce certain words at breakfast, there are formulas to the ears to prevent family. "Call it an unvarnished version of "Feck you, you see " " watered down one of them to discuss without the quote exact replica of the incredible team player from France to his coach. This scene, but also two other snapshots captured by reporters after the meeting the team, speak volumes about the atmosphere in the locker room in South Africa. Here is a summary.
1) The insult of ANELKA
It's half time in France Mexico. The Blues return to the locker room. The score is still 0-0. Raymond Domenech accuses a firm but polite tone to Nicolas Anelka not to remain fairly pointed, too "rezone". As the center-forward contest, the coach is threatening to replace. Then fuse the insult shown to the front pages of the newspaper. "OK, you go" said Domenech, so to Anelka. "Yeah, right ..." concludes the Chelsea player. It is Andre-Pierre Gignac who will contend the second period. What we took for a tactical change was in fact dictated by the circumstances, the big clash in the dressing room. The team then recounts the epilogue, after the defeat (0-2) and the shower: Anelka smiling, provocative, "very clearly I-shrugging" writes Damien Degorre and Raphael Raymond.
2) THE FINGER OF THE GALLAS.
The scene is at the end of the meeting, in the mixed zone where journalists and actors intersect matches. Florent Malouda has already stopped briefly in front of the camera for a few words TF1 vexed. Journalist for the channel that gives him the microphone while William Gallas prefers his tender age, a gesture "that does not depend on his honor," wrote L'Equipe.
3) THE MOVEMENT OF BACKUP GOURCUFF
Confirmation of the contempt that some "senior" team in France, Franck Ribery and Nicolas Anelka heads, eat at the place of Yoann Gourcuff and the effects that the pressure exerted on the Girondins. Always the mixed zone. Gourcuff is currently responding to reporters when tumble his two "friends". L'Equipe says: "When the middle Gourcuff sees Bayern Munich's player, the image is striking: he avoided meeting his gaze rebellious and glue a little more against the gate to let him pass as the first class gives way to Kaid college for fear of taking a slap behind the head. Whoa, strong, strong words there from Anelka.
The article's translation of "Va te faire enculer, sale fils de pute" as being F*** you, doesn't quite cover it tbh - it's a lot worse than that. I won't say what it means on here, but if you want to know, put it in a translator and you'll be shocked by how strong it is, or if you want to PM me, I'll tell you.
Anyway - I think the severity of this language goes a long way to show just how bad a state the French team is in at the moment. Domenech's reign at France should now rightly come to an end, I think it's fair to say that they are a mess at the minute, and the lack of cohesion and co-operation between coach and players has been evident to see - especially on Thursday, when it really was time to show some balls.
It's worrying to think we looked nearly as bad as France at times last night.

Soory I forgot to censor these words ^^
Information has just fallen, Anelka is excluded of the team.
That's good, we don't want a player like him. On thursday, he probably played his last match with France.
That's the thanks for Domenech to take him in the group, and let him titular although his poor performance in the matches of preparation, and against Uruguay.
Good riddance.

Wow, I thought the England camp was in a bit of a state. Seems the French are refusing to train as well now.

Tbh, it's probably kinder for the team, staff, fans of France, anyone involved in the set up, for them to get knocked out in the group stages. This is pathetic. I'd be embarrassed if this was for England - I'm embarrassed by the England team anyway, but at least we aren't as messed up as this team seems to be
I don't like France in football (no offence Jeje ), but this is terrible to see, and for the sake of their fans and players, I hope it's sorted.

France of football has never knwon a crisis like this.
Players are rebelled, and Domenech doesn't control anything.
We don't know who say true or who say false...
I just hope that France will win his match agaisnt South Africa, because there's still a very little hope to qualify... But according to a survey 75% of French don't want France's victory...
