I was told that someone who hasn't met me can only imagine me as a combination between Home Simpson and Dan Petrescu

John, no, it's way better than that one. Plus, it wouldn't suit him anyway, with all the light around it.

Nowt wrong with a bit of light I tell ya.
Though now you mention it, the light pollution is terrible so feel free to pass on my details so it can be lit properly

Played a team who wore distinct 'Norwich' colours today.
We beat them.

Just asked the young lad if he would prefer tickets for Blackburn at home, or Peterborough away ?.
"Peterborough away please, so we get to meet Sheepy and Bogdan again" .

Not sure about Sheepy, but I can't make that one. However, if you can overcome our absence, definitely go. The terraced stand makes for GREAT atmosphere, was one of the best I attended last season. Low roof, noise, very close to the pitch (not a great view though). And I think it's pretty accessible from the train station too, if you don't fancy driving.

How do you know when you've met a LUFCTalk member at a game? Do you all just go to games with one of Sheepy's badges on and when you see someone wearing it go up to them and go 'Haha' and point to the badge?

In my experience none of us wear them at games! BUT I do intend to wear my "Keep the Faith" badge this season tho not on my shirt as it puts holes in it! Hence if I've only got a shirt and no jacket then I don't know where I'll put it...and no suggestions from you lot either!
Seriously, if you want to meet any time it is best to arrange on here before the game.

We usually trust each other enough to get in touch via PM and exchange phone numbers and such.
At Preston I gave instructions to BB to keep an eye out for a Brad Pitt lookalike in a Leeds home shirt, and when he's found him, to keep looking.

Ahem, speak for yourself but ALL of my Talk badges are pinned to my scarf! Though as you lose your scarf so often that's maybe not a good idea

That's not a bad idea (I've only lost the one incidentally...in fact that one wasn't lost..I know exactly where I put it...just that some other Leeds fan obviously decided I didn't want it any more).

As I recall the facts of the case, you neglected said scarf (abandoning it after too many ales) and someone else took advantage of your neglect!

I wasn't at the Preston game.
Looking forward to the Shrewsbury game though.

If I recall correctly, I think it was something along the lines of Leeds United Shirt, Jeans and White Trainers which was not the best description in a concourse full of Leeds fans .
We got there in the end though, and it was good to meet up Looking forward to more 'catch ups' in the future.
My lad has the badges on his top, so if you spot him give us a shout.

And presumably Bogdan was looking for someone who looked like he'd slept with a thousand women?

Yep it's a 10 minute walk from the station, through the shopping centre. Agree with Bogdan tis a decent away game.
