Great to hear you're going well Garper
You might want to stay away from Leeds United in the summer, that can't be good for anyone's health!
Ha ha, I'm too much in love with Leeds to ever leave her alone. Is it politically incorrect to call a club "her" these days?
I have been in love with Leeds United for nearly 40 years and nothing on earth will ever stop it continuing

Wasn't too sure where to post this but as this thread contains really good news I thought I would like to add a little more.
As a lot of you are aware I almost died just before Christmas having had a massive heart attack. Well upon return from our holiday I have received a letter from the hospital giving me the all clear and the knowledge that my heart has not suffered any long term problems despite the attack.
Thanks to all those who have sent pm's, text messages and verbal messages enquiring after my health. The only down side is that I will now be returning to work at the end of May.
You really are a great crowd of people on this forum and I am proud to call you all friends.

Great news that Phil!
Obviously I won't see you at ER next season due to my ban from going (the ban being imposed by this forum), but if we do start winning again, and an olive branch is lobbed my way, I hope to get there again and buy you a pint!
Cheers

Excellent, excellent news, Phil!
Hope you resume some trips home or away next season, so looking forward to some more meetups and the obligatory pints.
Credit to the medical staff again, it sounded like they took very good care of ya.
Keep it up, mate!

Wonderful news,
It’s a dark, dank day down here but that sort of news makes it feel so much better.
Look forward to re-living some of our tales next season.
All the best Phil from the other Phil

Great news Phil, and it's grand to see Gary (Garper) back on the mend as well!!!
Hope to share a pint with you both one day soon (though due to you both being on different continents, probably not at the same time!)
