Christ, wished I hadn't watched that again. How unlucky were we ?.
I don't think we can go on about handballs though after Lees at Portsmouth !!!.

Thanks for putting those highlights up mate!
Still can't believe this morning how we didn't score 3-4 goals.
Amazing stuff, if we play like that at Hull, we'll give the Tigers a good run for their money! The question is 'if' though?
MOT.

Your not kidding Pecky, the time we gave Lambert was shocking but hopefully a lesson learnt and I am sure O'Dea was feeling pretty down this morning.

This was only the third Leeds game I have seen this season. All on TV. Leeds looked a completely different team, very unlucky, deserved to win. I think the performance bodes well for the future.
The defence looked shaky at times (how do you give the leading striker in the league so much space in the penalty area?) but in the main performed well. At the other end Leeds looked far more dangerous when they played the ball into the penalty area along the ground. Why they pump so many high balls in, when there is no one able to take advantage, is a mystery. The tall Southampton defence were heading them away all night.
The Southampton goalkeeper had a 'once in a lifetime' performance plus all the luck that was going, though the way he played it is difficult to begrudge him it.
Snoddy is wasted on the wing, Leeds must find him a berth which suits him and gets him involved more. I think a Steven Gerrard type role. Attacking midfield but with a permit to go anywhere he likes.
I was disappointed with the result but pleasantly surprised by the performance.
