About 15 years ago my knee went and off I went to A&E and really was there an absolute age. Gary Mills's wife was also in A&E next to me as was Gary, she had twisted her ankle doing step arobics (sp) and I sat with the pair of them for almost 7 hours both awaiting treatment. Gary doing the running for food and drinks, bless him.

Really nice fella and good company so as much for him today I would like a York win

Pleased for York

Feel a bit sorry for Luton with the second goal; not been watching, just listening to 5-Live but sounded like it shouldn't have been allowed

Now there are 11 Yorkshire teams in the football league
Leeds, Boro, Sheff Utd, Sheff Wed, Hull, Doncaster, Barnsley, Huddersfield, Bradford, Rotherham, York

Yet there are only two Welsh teams and one of them is in the EPL while there are no Yorkshire teams :P

I have always been under the impression that there's only 1 team in Yorkshire

Went for trials with York City in 1959 when Sam Bartram was manager. Sam Bartram was the best goalkeeper I ever saw play (apologies to John Scott   ) and I saw Ted Sagar and Frank Swift play. Nothing came of it but I have always had a soft spot for York City and am delighted they are back in the Football League.

Well Done York.

Think I will make a trip to two to Bootham Crescent next season, when we are not playing of course.

Hudds have sold 21k tickets for the playoff final, the blunts 27.5k. It's now been announced that both sets of fans will be able to pay on the gate on Saturday as well.

Huddersfield V Sheffield and Crewe V Cheltenham Town

As I have previously posted, my friends grandson James Spencer (who is on loan from Huddersfied) is playing for Cheltenham Town on Sunday at Wembley. We are setting off this evening to soak up the atmosphere. James has got us VIP tickets for Sunday (with his agent should be good) and has also got us two tickets for the field games tomorrow. Just contenplating wether I would look out of place with my Leeds shirt on tomorrow, as Sunday it is a collar and tie job.

Hope Cheltenham win although they are the underdogs, just for James' sake as he is mad LUFC fan.

Enjoy the VIP treatment King Billy, it will be great. I had seat in the Royal Box at old Wembley once, was definitely worth the hassle of having to wear a suit

My preference for today is Sheffield United. Nothing against Huddersfailed or Grayson but Sheff utd are a bigger club and will be a better atmosphere for our games with them.
