Listening to him, looking at him and hearing his style I've realised what Pearce is. McCormack is supposedly a poor man's Rooney. Well Pearce is a poor man's Terry bar banging his teammates' gals.

I don't know a lot about Pearce. On the official site all the right noises are being made. He seems to be a leader, is young enough to develop further but has experience, and plays where we have needed some quality. He also appears to have been rated by the supporters at Bournemouth and Portsmouth, which augers well.
Does anyone know about his injury history or style of play?

I'm with you Ricardo. Like the rest of you I heard the worlds worst secret of him signing. But honestly couldn't say I remember seeing him play against us or on TV for that matter.
I know this doesn't mean anything as I'm not what you would ncall a statto but looking at his pedigree and the fact he won the fans player and players player of the year means he can't be that bad. Hope he proves to be a great signing

Don't know anything about the new lad but the Portsmouth fans seem to rate him and think he's a steal at £500k.
Lets hope he is the first of many.

I saw him last season playing for Bournemouth against Hudds and he impressed me, I did not actually realise it was the same Pearce until I looked him up on Wiki and the cross referenced it was the same guy.
Its only 1 game, but he looked pretty good.

I see what you did there with the banner - very cheesy! I refreshed the page about 10 times till it came up

The banner:
Some people do like of discover it themselves, you know, which is why sheepy
doesn't announce it in the manner of "I've made a new banner, it reads..."

talking about releasing banners, and I don't want to say too much, but if a certain result goes the way I want it to, there will be a new banner going up that could well be controversial.
Oh, and Caddy gets his wish too...
