is it just another colour?
to what extent is your hatred/dislike of the colour red or are you indifferent to it & just see it as another colour in the rainbow?
During the week I heard about a guy selling a Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian, 2010 model with only 8000 on the clock, he was asking £3000 below the valuation, when I got to view it I was just too late as it was being driven away by the guy before me who bought it.
It got me thinking that here I was on the verge of buying a red vehicle.
Would you have been put off buying an absolute bargain simply because it was red?
How about this for a dilemma, Leeds united are on the verge of being bought by a multi Billionaire Arab businessman who has promised to provide unlimited funds for the manager to get any players in the World at whatever cost, the only stumbling block in the deal is that he wants the first team colours to be red.
Play in red or stick in the lower divisions with ken Bates in charge?
Red is honestly my favourite colour (said the 12 year old ).
Nothing against people take this into consideration, but I find the whole matter of support-Leeds-hate-the-colour-red a little extreme. Loads of real life things look great in red, and pretty dull in white. Cars included.

I don't like red and I'll give you 3 reasons:
1) It reminds me of Man Utd and Fergies face.
2) On cars it can have a tendancy to fade and go a weird cloudy pink colour.
3) Its a horrible colour to print because it can vary from a shade of orange to a shade of pink. Plus yellow fades in the sun and red stuff always ends up pinky.
The best colour is white, I've never seen white printed incorrectly

My wife has had a couple of red cars & I've had a couple of red motorbikes, having said that we were on holiday in Portugal a couple of years back, we got caught in a very heavy rain shower, my friend's wife offered to lend me her brolly but I declined, only partly due to it being red but mainly because it was adorned with pictures of barbie & ken.

A lot of paints are quite sensitive to UV light so change colour over time. Paper is even more light-senstive so white paper "fades" to yellow/brown.

I didn't take a lot from school, but im pretty sure white isnt a colour, it's a shade
Just look as the red on Fergies face, as us beating them 1-0, works for me

Dislike the colour ... But I am colour prejudice. Bought a fantastic car once with red brake calipers .... Had to get them changed... At the dealerships expense. Plus I think my mum once told me red cars were unlucky. Amazing really we once played in red... Vivid recollections of a lorimer goal in a red shirt.

I wont even let my Daughter wear Red when she is with me!!! OTT?
Several years ago my youngest daughter was dating a Man u fan, he rolled up the drive in his car, as he got out of the car I saw that he was wearing a Man u shirt, I opened the window & told him to wait in the car, he got out & walked to the door, I locked it & wouldn't let him in, my wife said I was being silly, I told her he was being disrespectful as he knew my feelings.
He stayed over one night & the next day when he'd gone he phoned & asked if he'd left his Man u shirt in the spare bedroom, I told him that I couldn't find it.
couple of weeks later was bonfire night, not a tradition I bother with but we had loads of garden waste to burn so I decided to make a guy fawkes, when paul arrived the bonfire was already alight, his face was a picture when he saw the guy fawkes wearing his Man u shirt.

What is wrong with you people, slating a fellow Leeds fan for burning a man u shirt???
And to be fair to Spidey, it seems the lad wore a man u shirt to either wind him up or pee him off. What sort of tacky oik wears a football shirt for a date anyway?
