Barton to join Leeds Can't reveal too much but a source close to the player who I have regular contact with has confirmed Barton could be joining us on loan with us paying 5% of his wage. In bates we trust if he pulls this off

Can't see it myself; quite apart from anything else, the FA has already ruled out allowing a loan to a FL club to speed up his ban.

Austin is not proven, a player of bartons caliber is exactly what we need instead of fairys who can't tackle. The deal is until January with no recall clause so the FA are ready to listen. In bates we trust

Even if the whole idea wasn't so ridiculous, and even if we put aside the fact that the Football League (sorry, I said FA earlier) has said it WILL NOT register Barton with another FL club to get round his ban, Bogdan getting a shirt with Barton on the back for Christmas wouldn't really be such a genius move with a loan deal expiring in January

18longleeds I'm sorry I didn't realise it was a spelling forum! Anyway it won't be long until Norwich come in for Austin so we need Barton! That's how bodgan rolls he likes tops with names on. As for not a likeable fan, it doesn't matter it's not your club bodgan! I just hope the move is completed this week and I want you all to apologise.
