I'm completely deflated by the whole thing. I wanted Marsch to do well, but we look awful. It feels like four years of development have been thrown aside by a board desperate to blame the manger for its own mistakes. Short-sightedness that will cost us dearly, both on the pitch and off it.

Well, I wanted to give MArsch a chance, but dear God we look awful. I have no idea what he is trying to do and I don't think the players do either. They look lost, bereft of confidence and frustrated. I can't see us staying up and have no confidence Marsch will get us back.

And "if we go down the team will stand together" As the above posters state it will be up to the club. If you've seen the interview he was asked about his contract and states it has no clause if Leeds are relegated. Hence whatever happens will be dictated by Leeds simple as that. But sayi...

If, and it's a big if, we do go down, we will lose Raph, possibly Phillips and a couple of others. But on the plus side, hopefully the opportunity for the likes of Geldhart, Bate, Summerville, Greenwood etc will be there to gel as a team and bring us back up together with a few older more experienc...
