Re: GFH(C) - Finances, new policies, fans interaction
TD, no pompous words needed, it isn't about censorship, just a bit of common sense and no gratuitous snide remarks. You seem to have a tendency to pass opinions as fact through big declarations, and the Haigh/parasite remark just didn't need this kind of defending to the hilt. If you had agreed wit...

Re: Where will we finish this season ?
8th. Depends what happens in the January window. When Reading were promoted BMD bought Jason Roberts in Jan and they went off like a steamroller, was a very inspired signing. If we don't find a goalscorer in the coming months, we're going to need a Jason Roberts in January. Maybe we can get a decen...

TD, you've called Haigh a parasite, that's possibly libelous. Please don't come to me looking for a fight or debate, I've much more important things to deal with. You should retract the statement, it isn't about you. He can sue me. Maybe you can be his lawyer TD, maybe you can find another forum, o...
Re: Sam Byram
Ah, maybe Sam had that thing where you turn in your bed and it feels like you've just twisted the middle of your lower leg and it hurts like hell for a couple of seconds, where you want to stab your leg to stop it, but then the pain passes and it's just a light pain for the next day when you walk. ...

Re: Born & trapped in the south!
Hey there, new member myself. I've been down south in London for 24 years and used to support Spurs as my London team (got fed up when they sold Carrick). Yes, they are a whiny lot (Gooners the same) but just wait until they lose Gareth Bale!

Re: GFH(C) - Finances, new policies, fans interaction
In fairness to GFH they have achieved more in 9 months than their predecessor achieved in 9 yrs. They have made eminently sensible decisions, and they have bought a lot of goodwill. I don't think there is anyone on this forum who wouldn't have recommended the actions they have taken. I have no prob...

Re: GFH(C) - Finances, new policies, fans interaction
totally without justification or proven factual support If we had a chairman like Dave Whelan (ex-footballer, Wigan born and bred, lifetime Wigan supporter) I could rest easy knowing the club was in good hands. Just to put you right on a couple of matters. Dave Whelan is a yorkshireman. He's from B...

Re: GFH(C) - Finances, new policies, fans interaction
totally without justification or proven factual support Leeds is not a "brand" it is a football team. Listening to him bang on about "brand", "strategy" and moneymoneymoney for half an hour plus the ridiculous 2 year->premiership mandate (again, money motivated) it's f...
