Might be a bit bias here as I was born in York. Don't live there any more but I always liked our friendlys in York . again a good day on the beer.

Too many managers recently have had no championship experience yet been successful. Newcastle/ Dog botherers / wolves and Sheff Utd this year. Experience is not essential.

Can't help you with that, I've got some friends who watched York I think one still does since they dropped down the leagues I will ask him the next time I have a pint with him. I've never heard of him.

I think the last 2 posts show the mass difference in opinions of our supporters ( both probably delusional). One saying we are going down to league one the other having us competing for the top 6 in the country. Personally we are in between and I believe of the 3 I'm bar far the closest.

Footy grounds are no where near as good since all seater stadiums. What are people's fav. grounds now ( Ie. All seater stadiums) and best atmospheres. Always enjoyed the city ground but that might be my bias towards the night out after in their city.

No manager could make Sunderland a success, their on a crash course to oblivion. Liquidation next and a few years in the 3 tier if their lucky. Grayson had no chance.

This division is so tight, there are probably 16 teams who with the right manager and a decent bit of investment could get promotion. Pontus is a good defender unfortunately we are missing Bartley big time, and without him Pontus is looking average. We need a quality CB as bar Pontus we've nothing.
