Re: 2018/19 Transfer Rumours and Squad Discussions

What this might do is get Pablo & Klich looking to get into the box more. They are probably our best finishers. Nothing wrong with the goals coming from all over the pitch.

Re: 2018/19 Transfer Rumours and Squad Discussions

This is a blow. I was advocating that Roofe be dropped for Roberts though as I do not think Roofe is good playing behind another striker. Trouble is, Bamford, Roberts & Brown (if fully fit would be our best no10) have all had big injuries in the last 12 months. We need a bit of luck with injurie...

Re: MB'S PRESS CONFERENCES

Whatever the reason, injuries have hampered us all season...........not just niggles but long lay-offs to key players. I cant see how we can compete with a team as physically strong as Boro with these key injuries. We are close to getting out back 5 back fit (not on form due to said injuries though)...

Re: Debt

That debt will be owed to the owners (most of it)

Football clubs do not own the stadiums anymore but are facilities of the football club bought by a 3rd party.....Greenfield Investment in this case owned by Radz.

Our real debt is probably negligible if not zero IMO.

Re: MB'S PRESS CONFERENCES

So we get Bamford back on the pitch and Phillips back from a ban and there are 3 missing for Saturday?

Douglas will have to play LB as Alioski will be needed further forward. Maybe Shackleton to start.

We will get outrun and overpowered in midfield if the 3 of them are not fit.

Re: 2018/19 Transfer Rumours and Squad Discussions

I generally stick to on field matters and tend not to involve myself in fall outs on here, but while I think it was an unfortunate and unnecessary thing for Swindonwhite to mention, the way I read it he wasn't intending to be cruel or unsympathetic. I think the point he was trying to make in reply ...

Re: 2018/19 Transfer Rumours and Squad Discussions

I am not fussed with the James deal at all. He might be one for the future but it is not what we require right now. I am annoyed and embarrassed on his behalf though. We all call for loyalty from players but that poor kid was left by Swansea at someone else's football club.........probably sat in ou...
