Just had a look at the time from Leeds down to London Kings X. The 18.12 you mention goes to York and then you change at york to go south to London. If you can get to the station by 18.00 then there is a direct Leeds To Kings X leaves at 18.05. That saves you changing at york. Try the east coast web...
