Re: Promotion POLL ADDED Who’ll win the play offs ?
I went for Fulham. On first thoughts, Brentford look to be favourites, but they imploded a bit over the last few games. Swansea just made the play offs last night, so they might fancy their chances.

Re: R.I.P. Big Jack
Thought I posted earlier, but whatever, here goes. Like the rest of Ireland, and Leeds fans, I was very sorry to hear this morning that Jack Charlto had died. He now joins Norman Hunter, and Trevor Cherry, who also passed away in 2020, a sad year. Big Jack as he was known, was a hero for the great L...

Re: Latest LUFCTALK News

No sport in Ireland, the GAA, Rugby, FAI, and other sports bodies have cancelled all activities until 29th March at least. I miss the games at the weekends, and reading the various reports i...

Re: Jordan Stevens
Off thread this. Apologies if people find it boring - but it gives me something to do! :D The age 19 reminded me. I had been 19 for a couple of months (1955). Was on a train going from Singapore to north Malaya, a journey of 24 hours. I had just been promoted to full corporal and was proudly wearin...

Re: HAPPY BIRTHDAY
Jack Charlton former Leeds star, and World Cup winner with England is 84 tomorrow 8th May.
Jack is a national hero in Ireland for his achievements as manager of the Republic of Ireland soccer team in the 80's and 90's. Still has a special place in Irish hearts. Happy Birthday big Jack.
