Re: New manager - What are the expectations?
This could work you know . Overall, I'm feeling quite positive about the appointment having seen how he's gone about his business in the first couple of days. No nonsense, straight in to it without any time off between jobs. Turns up in a suit to address the players in their initial meeting before ...

Re: New manager - What are the expectations?
Am I right in thinking PH is our first British coach to admit he prefers working with a DoF?, seems like he just wants to coach and is more than happy with that but I think he’s also the sort to say make sure you give me the right players though, or at least I would like to think he would . This cou...

Re: New manager - What are the expectations?
We need to become hard to beat first for me ,too many points have been gifted to the other team without them having to break sweat I know the suspensions and injuries have played a part but too many of the players seem to have no stomach for a fight , as I said before in the other thread I think thi...
Re: TC Sacked
Clean slate so will get behind him, personally feel this seasons ship has sailed so will be looking out for the signs that he can prepare us for next , and tbf there is a bit to be done firstly he can shove a rocket up the ones that are coasting , sort out the defence ( again ) and give us that bit ...
Re: TC Sacked
I do think they had lost all faith in him but you expect them to give 110% even so and we’ve not seen that for ages , some need to look in the mirror no two ways about it .SG90 wrote:If the players suddenly play like superstars I won't be happy.
Re: TC Sacked
Just put on the other thread that he isn’t 100% to blame but must admit I’m not shocked , I will however fall into a coma should we appoint McClaren or Stam , it seemed the right thing to do by giving TC a full season but you get a sense a coach with more about him could get possibly 25-35% more fro...

Re: Thomas Christiansen Appointed
TC sacked , seemed a good bloke but in truth a little bit out of his depth think the crowd turning yesterday finished it for him , again as I’ve said before some of the players need to take a long hard look at themselves too .

Re: Suspensions & injuries
Any news on Pontus' injury? Ankle injury. Out for next game at present. Thanks. It seemed an innocuous "coming together" with Sol Bamba at the time. I'd like to see it again and see if there was any malice in it. From what I saw and the folk around me it looked like Sol lashed out at him ...

Re: Suspensions & injuries
No doubt about it NW , a tough run of games coming thick and fast and we’re down to the marrow nevermind the bare bones, and I still feel some of the others are nowhere near the level they should be at and it’s costing us. May be seeing a couple of the young lads sooner than we think but then again ...
Re: New Badge
It looks like you could ask for a pint of it in the Peacock,
“ how’s the Leeds United?, well tasted great at first then went flat and manky halfway through”.
