England 298 all out have bowled Sri Lanka out for 91 with James Anderson taking 5-16 and Stuart Broad 4-21.

England enforce the follow-on.

Today sees the start of the 2nd test against Sri Lanka at The Emirates in Durham. Chris Woakes replaces the injured Ben Stokes.

On the county front it's the Roses fixture at Headingley starting on Sunday, Lancashire have made a brilliant start to the season so Yorkshire really need to win this one I'll be there on Tuesday giving my support to the White Rose.

Yeah wouldn't have minded going but can't I do have a few T20's lined up. Shame Mr T20 aka David Willey is injured because without him we will struggle in this form on their game.

Why does Cook get out the same way every Test, wafting outside his off-stump, caught in the slips?
I once played against Don Revie.

Hope it doesn't affect their confidence in The Roses clash, it really is a game we need to win. Just said that our T20 game at Old Trafford is live on Sky next Friday, I fear a drubbing coming on.

England finish on 498 declared with Moeen Ali getting a career best 155

Sri Lanka finish 91-8 looks like another innings defeat. The ECB need to attract better opposition in the future. Counties like Durham need the revenue from a 5 day test not 3 days.
