Final episode of Shades of Blue tonight, we think it has been very good with a couple of twists here and there, which has made it watchable to the very end.

Just watched on i-player Mastermind. A guy called Tony Richardson got through to the semis - his specialist subject: Don Revie.
Maybe he walks among us?
Well done mate!

The Twilight Zone
I've just started Season 4 and the show's format has changed to what would've been an hour on American TV (50mins, give or take).
Previously, at half an hour they sometimes felt a bit rushed, but now each episode opens out into something a lot more thoughtful and thought-provoking.
I absolutely love this show .. one of the greatest ever made, IMHO.
I've got the entire run of The Outer Limits to get through after the next two seasons too :ugeek:

Watched that Who's Spending Britain's Billions? last night. It seems now that instead of Councils, NHS wasting public they are now spending billions throughout the public sector paying private consultancy firms to waste it for them "probably because of accountability"
So a guy who used to be a consultant says to the effect "you go in tell them they are crap at their jobs in every department and then reap the rewards has you slowly build them back up" I must admit to being bemused as to what we are paying top management within these departments to do?
Thatchers Britain still going strong.....

Hypernormalisation by Adam Curtis. A very interesting documentary about the struggle for power. Its a gloomy pessimistic affair but I loved it..

Did anyone catch the "Who do you think you are" last night with Danny Dyer. He started of as a peasant and finished up the King of England via Thomas Cromwell. You couldn't make it up....
