Happy birthday BB!

It's mine tomorrow - a date I share with Jonathan Woodgate and Alf Ramsey - and will be doing our favourite lamb chops with cauliflower, roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding.

Tonight it's MW's special chicken salad, secret ingredient: anchovies.....
Happy Birthday for tomorrow MW

Snap CW! Well the first two ingredients anyway....we like cauliflower with lamb and Mrs MW didn't experience Yorkshire pudding for the first 40 odd years of her life so she's making up for lost time as she loves it. I'm not complaining....
Might have to take an interest in the Premier League now....

Fillet steak with chips and sprouts. Pint of bitter. Decided to have the steak 'rare'. 3 minutes each side - good decision.

Happy to report that 'Cod's Scallops' here in Nottingham has today won the best fish and chips in the UK award. We can vouch they are superb, very much done in the Yorkshire way fried in dripping, and on our doorstep!

Noel Whelan is a fan, nuff said!
