Status Quo at Burghley House Stamford. June 2015. Fantastic outdoor concert on a sunny but with a tinge of a chill afternoon. Hells Bells they were loud. Also November 1977 at Birmingham Odeon. Lot younger then (obviously! ) but my ears were ringing for a couple of days after as I recall!
All time greats IMHO

Another blast from the past but just booked tickets to see Hazel O'Connor in March as she is playing Selby Town Hall.
Well when you can walk to the venue why not ?

Have seen them before but went to see Blondie last night at Leeds Arena.
Was a big fan back in the day and it was great to see Debbie do a 2 hour stint of all the big hits a odd album track I rememberrd plus a couple of new songs.
Hard to believe she is 76 years old now.
Only drummer Clem Burke of the original line up, he was amazing throwing in the odd drum solo.
Chris Stein had to pull out of the tour through I'll health and was replaced with former Pistol Glen Matlock.
Two guitarists and a keyboard player all excellent but didn't know them now make up the group.
Johnny Marr (former Smiths guitarist) opened for them a played a entertaining one hour set prior to the star of the show.
