Grilled pork chops, Roast pots, carrots and Chubby. Just finished making profiteroles for afters to Mary berry's recipe... must say, excellent.

A personal favourite of mine tonight sausages, roast potatoes, cabbage, swede, peas, Yorkshire pudding & gravy. Food fit for a Michelin starred restaurant imho.

Have sausages left from last night so Chef has just informed me tonight’s menu is as follows sausages, fried egg, rasher of thick cut bacon, homemade chips & Branston baked beans.

Breaded haddock, chips , mushy peas and bread and butter to make a chip butty. Gastronomic bliss.
