Gave all the technical reasons to why this was happening (the chemistry was above me) and said it could be the beginning of the end for the virus.
He did stress its early days so not to take what he was saying as gospel but indications are good.

Maybe good news time will tell.
Hope so, have heard the same. I think the virus will eventually be like the flu where it will be around but it will be managable in the next 1-3yrs.
Owners come and go but Leeds United will be there forever, for the fans - keep Marching on Together.

If that’s the same as Pfizer booster that’s what we had.

Different companies I believe, we thought it would be pfizer but apparently alternating between the two.

Strange thing we were at Pontefract Squash Club this morning which they are also using as a vaccination centre, they are using Pfizer. Went to York for our jabs and they are using Moderna.

So far no side effects not even a sore arm.

I've been saying for the past few weeks now to family and friends that as soon as Xmas is over, do not be surprised to see a lockdown.

Mario has been impersonating figures for years. Should try to get some of his stuff online.

Brilliant Roy Keane. Amazing Jose Mourinho, so much so that Mourinho himself asked Mario to entertain his Chelski team in the dressing room.

Does a very clever Keane and Beckham singing a version of Dry Your Eyes Mate by The Streets (Dry Your Eyes Becks)

As always, this is light hearted comedy, don't take anything to heart

Mrs SW tested positive for Covid this morning.
She has been feeling rough last few days and tested each of the last 3 days but today's was the first to come back positive.
Apparently it takes 5 or 6 days to show up so we think must have caught it when we went to the concert in Leeds last Sunday.
So far I've tested negative.
We had a lunch out booked today so just cancelled.
7 days isolation now (at least) so that is Xmas sorted.

Best wishes to your wife and yourself, I hope, that you will both have a Merry Christmas anyway.
