Vegan Chicken & Mushroom pie, Carrots, Peas, Broccoli, Roast Potatoes,Yorkshire Puddings and Gravy.

Lazy day today so it’s M&S lasagne with a cheesy garlic bread.

Using up stuff in the fridge plus had a quick visit to the butchers so tonight it’s bacon, sausage, kidney, lamb chop, fried egg, chips and baked beans. Salivating at the very thought :D

Treated ourselves as we haven’t eaten out in 2 years so tonight we are having a rack of lamb, roast potatoes, minted peas, swede and cabbage. Mint sauce and redcurrant sauce will be available as well.

Just having a break from making a chicken Jalfrezi letting the meat marinate. Will have a biriani , samosas and mango chutney.
