The Mrs says we have to vote for who does the most for animal rights, and/or who doesn't intend to do away with the hunting ban.
Must depend where in this area you live as not seen labour leaflet yet, had Conservative and UKIP so far. Was in town this morning and noticed that the Conservative van and a big group of followers were outside the Abbey (in front of Lonesborough), must have been chatting to Shoppers.

I don't understand that, mate :wtf:

I'll ignore the fact your wife tells you how to vote :lolno:

What I don't get is that she wants to vote for a pro-animal rights party but she's also pro-hunting ??
I'm not saying fox hunting is cruel - I actually don't think it is and I live close enough to the countryside to understand the traditions and the impact the ban has on people's livelihoods - but most people DO think it is and are anti-hunting almost automatically without finding anything out about it ...
Don't really know where I'm going with this now I've started it :)
I think I've answered my own question, haven't I ?

Sorry Rigger, perhaps my original post was a tad unclear

We have to vote for anyone who supports the ban on hunting (i.e will not let it happen again in the future). Personally, I agree with her so happy to be told what to do on this one :P. In my opinion, hunting with dogs is cruel and barbaric.

Oh .. okay, I'm with you now :)

I'm neither pro- nor anti-hunting, personally. I can see both sides of the argument and I think there's bigger fish to fry, such as taking on the government with regard to their stance on animal testing for household products: http://www.theguardian.com/science/2015 ... ampaigners

Having said that, I did see a bunch of formal looking adults wandering around where I live yesterday: four men and a woman, all in their 30s and 40s, dressed soberly in greys and blacks. At first I thought "bloody Jehovahs !!" as we've got one of their meeting halls on our doorstep, but now you come to mention it they were probably from Labour.
I can't imagine the tories even bothering in my neighbourhood and I doubt there's that many liberals to spare ...
