My wife said those flowers were lovely but did I realise that they cost 50p a plant so he must be a man with money. :roll:

Today i decided enough of watching the grass grow and decided to cut the lawn, never been known in february before this year, dont think its stopped growing all winter.

Blimey that's good going SW. Ours is a right mess, but I would chew the lawn up if I did it now.

Did mine last week on a dry day and it was OK - look really good at the moment.

Looks like I am missing out, next couple of dry days and I will give it a go as I have a bit of time on my hands for the next 6 or 7 months at least ;)

Did mine today as well. Like a bog mindst but it had to be done.

Yep, did ours on a dry day last week aswell (Thursday I think it was?).

Also, on a gardening note, just had a reet grand meat & veg tea, the veg included some leeks & cabbage which I picked off our allotment last weekend! :o :thumbup: :D

My grass needs cutting but is always too wet. Very damp here in the Thames Valley.
