My wife said those flowers were lovely but did I realise that they cost 50p a plant so he must be a man with money.

Today i decided enough of watching the grass grow and decided to cut the lawn, never been known in february before this year, dont think its stopped growing all winter.

Did mine last week on a dry day and it was OK - look really good at the moment.

Also, on a gardening note, just had a reet grand meat & veg tea, the veg included some leeks & cabbage which I picked off our allotment last weekend!

My grass needs cutting but is always too wet. Very damp here in the Thames Valley.
