Re: The departed
Actor Warren Clarke has died!
I am so sad, I absolutely loved this guy, in everything he did, a true northern icon, one of my very favourite actors. I have recently been watching reruns of Dalziel and Pascoe.
This is so sad!

Re: The departed
FORMER LEEDS United striker Jim Storrie has passed away at the age of 74.
Re: The departed
That is sad. He was a real fans' favourite was Jim. Gave 110% every game. He was a very ordinary wing half until the Don moved him to inside right and he never looked back. RIP.+15 wrote:FORMER LEEDS United striker Jim Storrie has passed away at the age of 74.
I once played against Don Revie.

Re: The departed
Sad to see another of Revie's Scottish contingent from the 60s die.
Just been reading about him and how he signed from Airdrie which is a team close to my heart and how he was manager of St Johnstone in the 70s as my pal came from Perth to Forfar around the time he was manager.
Good piece about his career on the link below:-

Sad to hear of Storrie and Clarke's deaths, Storrie for been there in early days of Revie reign and Clarke for his acting, i used to really like to watch in him Dalziel and Pascoe. RIP
Owners come and go but Leeds United will be there forever, for the fans - keep Marching on Together.
