Bella Emberg has died, aged 80.

She was great with Russ Abbott in their Cooperman and Blunder Woman comedy duo :D

Yes, very sad about Eric, a proper gent who helped countless Leeds fans out over the years. I personally didn't know him well but he was great to work with and seemed to have time for everyone.

RIP Eric

Cyrille Regis is gone :(

I loved him when I was a kid, he was a proper player and one of those guys that everybody liked, regardless of club loyalties.

Here's his stunning Goal Of The Season :

CYRILLE REGIS has died, aged 59!

One of my all-time fave non-Leeds players. In fact, WBA's 'Three Degrees' were all in that bracket and I met Cyrille and Brendon Batson at a celebratory do for them & Laurie Cunningham a couple of years ago. Seemed great guys too.

Shame that. We could do with a Cyrille Regis at ER right now. RIP.
I once played against Don Revie.

When I think of Cyrille Regis I can't really remember many football memories, but for whatever reason his name will be etched in my mind forever. Its just one of them names like Lineker, that will live on in the English mind for as long as we have genuine football fans.

Dolores O'Riordan has died, according to reports on Twitter via RTE. Even younger than Cyrille, only in her 40s. She was singer of the Cranberries who were for a while a great band,
