Cricket understatement of the year. Watching the test today (TV) against Ireland. Ireland were 11 for 0 and I said to my mate we need a wicket before they reach 30. We got 7.
I once played against Don Revie.

Aussie's 12-2 and then 35-3 after winning the toss and deciding to bat first.

Smith keeping them in it. If Oz get close to 200 and we bat as we did against Ireland, Oz will get a first innings lead.

Re: The Cricket Thread
Australia 122 for 8 close of play 268 for 9. Its been our problem for years, we can't get tail-ender's out. Smith would never have got near his century if we'd dismissed the tail-ender's.
