Well done to England, hard luck New Zealand. Lucky that old rule of teams finishing on the same score but lose fewer wickets does not still happen (think Yorkshire 1987) today or NZ would have been the winners. Good final to say 50 over cricket is still alive!

More important news YCC doing alright
Owners come and go but Leeds United will be there forever, for the fans - keep Marching on Together.

 Sport should be available to all, if its going to be televised Joe public should have access to it.

Today was what sport was all about, skill, luck, drama, loved it.

Great entertainment yesterday even none cricket fans should have enjoyed that. Hard luck to the Kiwis who played brilliantly under adopted Yorkshireman Kane Williamson. YCCC also had a very good day.

Apparently, the rule on 'most boundaries' was introduced by the jailbird Allan Stamford for his 2008 T20 series.
