England's first one-day international against South Africa in Cape Town on Friday has been postponed after one of the hosts' players tested positive for coronavirus.

Just posted on Facebook that I will amongst other places be visiting Hove & an old school friend who I haven’t seen since around 1980 has said he’s going to try & make it to Hove as his daughter lives near the ground. Made my morning it really has.

Never been entirely sure about Facebook but it does have its uses.

As say it’s made day, Howard moved to London in the late 70’s as he’s a massive Spurs fan & wanted a season ticket at WHL. His parents ran my local but back then of course there was no Facebook or anything so it was easy to lose touch. He married a Trinidadian Chinese lady which was unusual in a small North Yorkshire town back in the days, still together today. It’s going to be fun catching up after all these years but I know we’ll have loads to catch up on. Oh & alcohol has been mentioned :D

Been some great cricket lately, the 3rd test between Australia and India was good hard cricket.

Good start by England in Sri Lanka with Broad and the spin twins getting the wickets.
Owners come and go but Leeds United will be there forever, for the fans - keep Marching on Together.
