What a month, please no more lol. NottinghamWhite's post re his heating on the travel thread got me thinking.
Since the start of the month:
all but for a few pennies:

Dog to the vet blood tests antibiotics £180
Washing machine packed up £180
Cat to vet minor op £180
Gas heating service with parts replaced £180
Replaced lost specs (whilst inebriated) £180
Oven glass broke HEYYYYY not £180 :)

For everything else there's Mastercard !

Had the best Sunday lunch ever last weekend at http://www.the-farrier.co.uk a recently refurbished pub in Cayton village. A stunning establishment & one we will definitely return to. Mind treat ourselves to a night there next time as well as a meal.

After a rainy morning we managed to get a walk in this afternoon along the seafront, the rain has now returned, certainly been a wet Christmas down here.

Going to my daughter's on Christmas Day we passed a Farm Shop with a large 'for sale' sign outside. For Christmas trees!

Going to see the grandkids today have just popped to the shops to buy white chocolate buttons & other sweets. It’s ages since we’ve seen them. Looking forward to it.
