I phoned Virgin the other day after a hefty rise on my bill they said there’s nothing they could do. Going to phone Sky later & see what they’re offering. Reading social media loads of folks have been hit with big bills after they’ve switched sports on again.

Just seen a video on another website. America - a mother took her 13 year old son to the shops. He tried to buy:

1. Beer (turned away as being too young.)
2. Cigarettes (turned away as being too young.)
3. Porn magazine (turned away as being too young.)
4. Lottery ticket (turned away as being too young.)
5. Gun shop. Walked out with a .22 calibre rifle, totally legal sale.

Mind boggling.

18 is the legal age in America to buy a gun so if the video is not fake the shop keeper could be in a bit of bother.

You may be right SW but gun laws vary from State to State and it didn't say which State was involved.

Think it's federal law John so nationwide, maybe one of our American fans can confirm. Its OK though they won't be drunk, can't drink until 21.

We are not so tight you can get a shot gun licence at 14 in the UK.

One of my favourite celebrities posted this picture on Twitter asking if anyone knew what is was. I was the first to give her the species, to which she commented to me. #MixingWithComedyGreats

I'm sure most people will have seen this infuriating film already but The Damned United is on BBC4 at 9 o'clock tonight.

Hated Clough with a passion and refused to watch it when it came out, nothings changed so won't be bothering tonight.

What annoyed me most was the way the players were portrayed. My idols portrayed as 1 dimensional idiots. Made my blood boil. I may watch it again just to shout at the telly.
