Today we've had new flooring fitted so had to move a fair bit of furniture, not a great idea.
Apparently it can take up to 6 week to repair with rest, ice and tightly wrapped with a compression bandage.
Grumpy old git at the moment.
Been there...it takes time...don't think you are ready too early

Thanks Gents
Its not good so that will teach me trying to compete with people more than half my age
Great suggestion on the bath Riggs only issue we invested in a new bathroom last year and had ours removed for a walk in shower. We've a bungalow which in most part unusually large rooms but the one that isn't is the bathroom so had to compromise.

Shame that. I am also a great believer in soaking in a hot bath for muscle injuries. Used to do it when I played football, always worked for me. Hope it sorts out soon SW.

It is medically proven to be good for general health and mental wellbeing too. That said, I have one maybe once a month.

Anyone get the Sunday Times?
Have a look at the travel section, best hotels in UK.
Central section winner - Crockers at Henley.
We will be eating there next week.

Telegraph quick crossword today. The two word 'extra' - it was so obscure that I am still not sure I got it? 'Windsor Castle'.

I get the Sunday Times but didn't look at the travel section. Was 'The George' in Stamford there? Should be, one of my favourite places.
