The big fella has been for his stitches out today, which makes the wound look a whole better, and he doesn't have to wear his cone of shame any longer either, which is a relief to us and the various bits of furniture the poor lad has been banging into for the last two weeks.

Still on a strict 3x5 minute exercise routine, which is sending him crackers, but he does seem to be walking a lot better, so we are hopeful, but the true outcome of the whole thing will only be known in 4 weeks time when he has another x-ray.

Fingers and everything else crossed.

After yesterday’s win, more great news for the Barlow household, as x-rays taken today have confirmed that the metal plate in Ozzy’s leg has ‘taken’ (meaning it has grippped to the bone). He has somehow managed to crack the plate a little bit, god knows how as we have been watching him like a hawk, but the specialist wasn’t too concerned.

Just stepping up the physio work steadily now over the next few weeks and months, but absolutely delighted to say the least

Good news mate. Glad he's getting there. God only knows how I would keep my dog Ted sedate, I swear he thinks he's super dog. Being small he's jumping & diving around everywhere most of the time.
