Chuffing heck
Re: Chuffing heck
I live next door to a grass field, when I moved in I spent every spring and summer fighting the dandelions and weeds and the grass was growing in clumps at different rates. By September the lawn was looking really nice. Come April I was back to square one. 14 years of this so I've gave up, going to do the front the same as the back .... fake grass

I know what you mean BB but it's better in relation to that as well. We used to have quite a few Blue Tits in the back garden, I had several boxes up too but with 2 cat additions to the house 2 years ago I had to take the boxes down. The first summer was soul destrying. So bringing the birds into the garden is a big loss to us but way better for them. Hate they do this but we love the cats.Barlow Boy wrote:We couldn’t do it to the birds mate, they live like royalty at our placeDavycc wrote: fake grass

Put my thick trench coat on for this morning’s walk wished I’d taken my gloves as well. It’s not going to get above 10 degrees here today but the wind chill doesn’t help.
