Very gloomy here but a lot milder. Dentist shortly and then Covid jab.

I set off for work this morning at half 6, I don't drive so catch the bus to Bradford from Churwell, usually a 30 min journey, been snowing for a couple of hours, my bus was 20 mins late, was struggling due to the weather, I abandoned ship as I knew it was forecast to snow for the majority of the day, had to phone my boss and let him know that I could get to work but the chances of me getting back home was very slim! It's been snowing relentlessly so I guess I made the right call!

Same here but it’s too wet to settle, I think.

Just had an email from my sister who lives on the moors above Hebden Bridge. She should have had her Covid jab yesterday but had to cancel because she's 'snowed in'!

There were several people featured on the local news up here yesterday Sir John who had the same problem, the vaccination centres were frantically contacting alternative people so they could administer the vaccine before it lost its effectiveness.

A small part of our large garden slowly starting to flood, it’s nothing really but has made me more aware of what those who get proper floods must feel like.

Same here BB, borders are flooded and the lawn is saturated like a sponge.

It’s just starting to come over our borders now, and onto the paths.

Thankfully we have a resin drive and paths, which is soaking most of it up. I wouldn’t want to be in Snaith, or around that area right now.
