Following on from the "OMG ! Is that really Adam Ant ??" thread, I thought we could have a bit of fun posting pics of ourselves both old and new ..
Here you go:
About 1989 when I was 21/22:
Earlier this year (aged 46):
Then and now ... post one old and one current photo of you !
Re: Then and now ... post one old and one current photo of y
Seems like you now have less hair in some areas and more hair in other areas of your face/head...
I don't think I've lived long eough to be able to post 'then and now' pictures.

Good thread, I just need to dig out an old one!
Re: Then and now ... post one old and one current photo of y
ok, theres about a 20 years difference between these two:
Both involve alcohol, I'm a bit pissed in the first one, the second one just shows I have learned to hold my drink (pub in the background - sat in the beer garden!)
C'mon, who's next?

Ha ! Nice one ... are you sure it was 1877 though, looking at those very Victorian style lace-up boots you're wearing in the first picture ??
Good to see you rockin' the Terminator style these days though !

Great idea for a thread this one! But remind me how to put a picture on here?
Re: Then and now ... post one old and one current photo of y
You need to go to a file-hosting picture site such as flickr or photobucket and upload your images. I would use the latter as flickr has been messed around by Google since they bought it and it's no longer as easy to use.
That means they'll be saved on the web and you can access them in your browser (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari, etc - whichever one you use).
You need to get the URL (or web address) for the photo only, not for a page that it's "windowed" on.
I'll show you what I mean:
This is what a typical Photobucket page looks like with, in this case, a photo of a Subbuteo team I'd painted
And this is when you RIGHT CLICK on the photo itself, to select "Open in a new tab" in Google Chrome
The image then opens on a "blank" tab, and it's the URL for THIS page you want to copy (right click and drag) and then PASTE into the little gap between the that pop up when you click the IMG button above.
That's it
