Beef casserole in the slow cooker will be having mashed potatoes and cabbage with it plus a couple of dumplings. Just what’s needed these cold days.

Cottage pie, cabbage, swede, peas & extra gravy. Might have some Tiptree brown sauce with it as well.

We had chicken teriyaki last night one of the best meals we’ve had in ages absolutely delicious.

New cookbook arrived earlier so we’re having a lamb mince dish that will have grated cheese ( Cheddar ) & potatoes which are deep fried with their skins on. The book is The Pinch of Nom.
