Forgot to take my lamb chop out of the freezer, So have had tinned plum tomato's on toast. Glass of red.

Slow-cooked roast lamb breast. Possibly not my favourite roast but still blimmin' delish. And cheap.

Have a steak & potato pie in the oven will have it with mashed potatoes, swede & peas. Extra gravy on the go.

A Traditional Maltese restaurant just booked it.

Remembered to take lamb chop out of the freezer today. Just finished it off with new pots, peas and mint sauce. Didn't have a bottle of red in but have a bottle of London Pride in the fridge which I will be opening shortly.
