Sausages and rice.

Changed my mind as I had a lunch which was rather filling. Had chopped egg sandwich with some potato crisps. Glass of red.

The food of kings that  here it’s lamb chops, roast potatoes, swede, cauliflower cheese & peas. Lots of gravy & mint sauce. I’d rather be having the above though :D

Its this weeks trip to the restaurant

So its a 2 eat for £10 deal from tesco.
Chicken in Lemon & Herbs with Rosemary roasted parmentier potatoes.
Lime Cheesecake & bottle of white.

We are doing it once per week and its a saving estimated of £40 (would spend around £50 at the restaurant).
We've started noting these savings and others forced upon us through covid such as calling at the local cafe for a coffee, lunch out and other stuff we do such as swimming and table tennis fees.
Putting all the savings into an account for future holidays along with all the refunds we got from last years hols we had pay for.
Keep your face always toward the sunshine - and shadows will fall behind you.
