Our Portuguese friend's mother is visiting from Lisbon for her graduation, so we're putting on something of a traditional English meal:

- Prawn cocktail

- Roast leg of lamb, cauliflower, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding

- Christmas pudding and/or mince pies with brandy butter

We have a bottle of Cava chilling and will serve the wonderful Outlook Bay pinot noir from New Zealand with the lamb
Might have to take an interest in the Premier League now....
