Have to say M&S Lamb steaks in mint, delicious with new potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli with loads more mint sauce.

Have just finished a wonderful roast chicken dinner with all the usual trimmings.

Just finished a Shepherds Pie will cook later. Mince has to be the most versatile meat there is. I love...

Shepherds Pie
Cottage Pie
Bolognaise
Lasagne
Chilli
Curried Mince
Mousakka
Meat Balls

Really could eat it every night :D

Just back from Waitrose armed with a beef and ale pie, the wife's away for a couple of nights so I thought I would treat myself. I shall be making some homemade chips to accompany it and the obligatory peas.

Off out for a meal in York but not sure where yet (may indulge in a nice steak).

My better half has an appointment in the city at 5pm so decided to go on the train and have a stroll around the Xmas markets first. The afterwards find a nice restaurant for a meal and bottle of wine.
