Just had a call as the wife's on her way home & I'm informed that it will be bacon, egg, chips & beans. I tried to hide my disappointment :lol:

Re the Lea & Perrins PW, wouldn't worry too much, they always allow a margin of error on sell by dates. Its only 12 years out. :D

Out for a big lunch with the in-laws to celebrate our wedding anniversary, so literally a slice of toast or something this evening.
When you retire, you switch bosses - from the one that hired you, to the one that married you.

Made chickpea and roasted (Chinese 5 spice and smoked paprika) cauliflower pilaf with brown basmati and wild rice. Yummy!
