Had a sausage sandwich tonight, accompanied by a glass of Cotes du Rhone (to finish the bottle). If you are ever having a sausage sandwich then I can recommend this wine as a perfect match!

Nipped out to a Brewers Fayre and had fish & chips and a beer. Mrs SW had money off vouchers that were just still in date added to their 2 meals for £8.99 deal we ended up paying £6 for 2 meals and 2 drinks. :D

Last week Tracey had booked a table in a new local Indian for a birthday meal tonight, but have since heard several bad reports so have changed to my old favorite Indian. Will decide at the table, it will take forever to choose as it always does (everything is wonderful) Tracey not being an Indian food lover will almost certainly have a korma. As with any meal there it has to be, strangely for a wine man, washed down with a few bottles of Cobra beer.

Many happy returns Davy!

I find a nice sauvignon blanc or chardonnay goes well with curry :D
