Meat lovers treat last night with a mixed grill at the beefeater pub attached to the Premier Inn we are staying at. Washed down with a bottle of Malbec.

Confession time we had our first takeaway delivered from our local Indian restaurant on Saturday night, we’ve had literally hundreds of take ways but this was the first one we’ve had delivered. We had Murgh Makhani, Balti Special Mix, garlic & tomato naan & vegetable rice it was absolutely delicious. There was that much we had it for lunch yesterday :D

Lamb chop, gourmet chips (from freezer) peas, mint sauce, gravy. Glass of red. Re the chips. On the packet it says 35 minutes. By trial and error I have found that 1 hour makes them absolutely perfect.

Shepherds Pie and looking forward to it.

Mrs SW often does a Cottage Pie but we got some Lamb mince for a change.
