Discovered Khins Kitchen on Facebook the other day so tonight we’re doing a crispy shredded beef recipe from there.

Not dinner but later this morning a real treat in we’re having kippers, not the plastic boil in a bag types but proper kippers.

Just put a couple of chicken breasts into a homemade marinade which we’re doing with a stir fry
