That's why I like fillet steak Davy. Put all the veg in a pan, let it boil away, then waft the steak under the grill. Cheapo ''screw top' wine and hardly any effort involved.
John I'm with you on that. I was doing Dry January up until 15 minutes ago then I opened a cheap screw top. 1st glass and I tell you I'm feeling it ....
