Chilli prawn stir fry, homemade by my Malaysian gf. I just walked into the kitchen because it's making me hungry but I had to walk straight back out because it was also making eyes water!!

Nearly had fried squid Algarve style but chickened out.... Went for Calimari instead which was delicious.

Just back from shopping and we’ve purchased two pork chops. These will be accompanied by home made apple sauce, sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes, ratatouille, peas and cauliflower cheese.

Having a Chicken Salad, got to remove the few lbs gained on holiday.

Radish from our own garden I'll add :D


Talk about planning ahead on 27th June we'll be eating Tapas.
A local Café is doing theme nights every few weeks so we've just booked.
Keep your face always toward the sunshine - and shadows will fall behind you.

One of my favourites tonight jacket potato, Branston baked beans, grated Cheddar cheese, coleslaw & real butter. A meat free evening here :D
