Bought some cauliflower which we’re going to cook with a creamy cheese sauce served with ham steaks. Done some goose fat roast potatoes to go with it.

Had a beef stew in the slow cooker all day we’ve put carrots, parsnips and peas in the stew so just got to mash some potatoes.

At the very least I would set the smoke alarm off but most probably would set the house on fire. :lol:

Good to see. Her indoors asked for fish & chips. Just nipped out for fish, chips and mushy peas. I've got a piece of fillet steak. She''s tucking into it which is good to see. The final diagnosis was a kidney infection, she is tired but a lot better.
