Just had my fillet steak. 4 minutes each side = medium rare. with chips and sprouts. Just a tip. I get McCains 'Gourmet' oven chips (it says 25/30 minutes on the package but by trial and error I have found that 50/55 minutes makes them perfect and crispy.) Any less and they come out a bit anaemic.
